Hi, I’m Matt Herold

I design smart algorithms for data science and mobile applications.

Currently, I'm proud on helping to launch a brand for digital services and building data pipelines for marcom operations.

With my foundation in mathematics, technology and finance, I've successfully engineered scalable platforms and mobile apps for startups as well as industrial players working in cross-functional teams.

Certified on Apache Cassandra and Google Cloud Platform, I am passionate about distributed storage, microservices and open-source. My tech stack is LLVM with Swift, Ruby, modern Java and Node with a strong focus on the Apple ecosystem and ARM architectures.

I’m a Master’s graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
